Shipping policy

Cactus Jake ships worldwide. Every item is made to order, so each order has a production window before it ships. The full delivery timeline is production time plus transit time.

Production time

Most orders are produced within 3 to 5 business days. Production starts after we receive your order confirmation and payment clears. You'll receive a separate shipment notification email with tracking once your package leaves the fulfillment center.

Where we ship

We ship to most countries worldwide. The available shipping methods and rates depend on your destination. If a destination isn't supported, that will be indicated at checkout.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the contents of your order, and shown to you before you pay. Most orders use standard tracked shipping.

Free shipping over $30 is offered to: United States, all European Union member states, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and Brazil. To qualify, your order subtotal must be $30 or more before tax.

Free shipping is not currently offered to destinations outside this list. Customers in other countries pay the standard calculated rate shown at checkout.

Estimated transit times

Transit times are estimates after production has finished. They do not include the 3 to 5 business days of production time.

  • United States: 3 to 7 business days
  • European Union and United Kingdom: 3 to 8 business days
  • Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 7 to 14 business days
  • Japan, Brazil: 7 to 14 business days
  • Rest of world: 10 to 30 business days

Most orders arrive within the lower end of these ranges. Delays can happen during peak seasons, severe weather, customs inspections, or carrier disruptions outside our control.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking once your package leaves the fulfillment center. Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to populate after the email is sent, while the carrier scans the package into their system.

Customs, duties, and taxes

For international orders, any customs fees, import duties, and taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are not collected by Cactus Jake at checkout and are not included in your order total. Please check your local customs office for guidance on what you may owe.

Lost or stolen packages

If a tracked package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with neighbors, building staff, and any household members, then contact your local carrier office to file a claim. If a package shows no movement for 10 or more business days after the last carrier scan, contact us at jake@cactusjakestudio.com with your order number and we'll investigate with our fulfillment partner.

We will replace one lost package per order at our discretion. After that, any replacement orders for the same lost shipment are at the customer's expense. This policy lets us cover unlucky one-off carrier mishaps while preventing pattern abuse.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We cannot intercept or redirect packages once they have shipped. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. The customer is responsible for the reshipment cost in that case.

Damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at jake@cactusjakestudio.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. See our Refund Policy for full details on how damaged, defective, and wrong-item orders are handled.
