Refund policy

We want you to be confident in your Cactus Jake purchase. We offer a 14-day return window, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Email us at jake@cactusjakestudio.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please do not ship anything back before contacting us first. Items returned without prior approval cannot be processed.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, since we cannot guarantee receipt of items shipped without tracking.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or includes the wrong item, please email us at jake@cactusjakestudio.com within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue along with your order number. We'll work with you and our fulfillment partner to make it right, usually a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Specific next steps will depend on the issue, so please contact us before sending anything back.
Exchanges
Because every Cactus Jake item is made to order, we don't run a direct exchange program. The fastest way to get the right size or color is to return the original item (per the policy above) and place a new order for the one you want.
Sale items and gift cards
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, with no justification required. The item must still meet the return condition requirements above: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and the refund hasn't landed, please email jake@cactusjakestudio.com so we can follow up.
